Your box should be large enough to hold your item and allow for 2" to 3" of cushioning on all six sides. We provide a variety of box sizes, including some specifically built for shipping artwork, instruments, and more.
How do I ensure the correct side of the box faces upward?
Place shipping labels on your package’s largest surface. While we can’t guarantee compliance with indications such as “Up” arrows or “This End Up,” correctly placing the shipping label increases your chance for the preferred orientation.
Do you double box items?
Yes, we do. Depending on the fragility of your item, we will double box it with ample cushioning.
